Yes I check it first. Thanks, good job. Some day I will get this personal computer stuff down.
Tony, The app prompts you asking if you want to view the image or follow the link on Android. Is it doing something else on iOS?
I am only aware of how this preorder page is performing on a desktop/laptop browser.
What it is doing under iOS is new to me, and I am uncertain it is something that we can fix.
Seems that Dave is looking into this and if you can help him further identify the problem, it would be helpful.
Ron ad Dave I posted that almost a year ago. I just checked using the mobile version and the link work.Btw this is me using Android not iOS.
A year ago? Hee-hee. Sorry. I just happened to see Dave's
post and was reacting to that.
Glad to see this is working on the mobile end -- at least for iOS.
I'm going to piggy-back on Ron's thread to show the Preorder Blu-ray Release Schedule. Many members don't appear to know it even exists according to some of their posted comments around the forum. I'll add a new post here every week so people become more aware of its existence.
Another update with several TV series including a couple of my favorites, The Blacklist and Person of Interest Season 3.
I didn't get a press release re-direct when clicking on Shogun..
Can anyone confirm that it's only region 2 as claimed in the review section of Amazon.ca?
When clicking on the Shogun artwork, you are taken to the preorder thread.
The 5th post down (all you had to do was scroll) has the press release.
If you need any additional information that is not in that press release I will be happy
to scout someone out at Paramount to find out.
I just get a small jpeg of the cover when I do it.. It might just be my work browser, I'll try it at home..
But yeah, if you could get a confirm or deny on the region 2 status I'd appreciate it!
Try this link here:
I don't see anything about region coding, but I'll try to get some information from Paramount
Thanks, that took me to the US Amazon site, where they too (the reviewers) are saying it won't play on DVD players that can't play all regions..
Okay, so there is your answer. Sorry.
Get a region-free Blu-ray player. That's what many of us here in the U.S.
do when we want titles from your side of the pond.
Yup, will have to, looks like.. The book is 1000x better, but the mini series has alot of nostalgia value..
PS: We're on the same side of the pond..
