Off the top of my head, the only things I'm really looking forward to are Soul Calibur 2, Mario Kart and Pikmin 2. I'll be getting all of 'em for the Gamecube.

Romier, do you happen to know if Silent Hill 3 is coming to the Xbox?

Currently that is a no. Silent Hill 3 is being released for the PS2 in August and there will be a PC release in October. With the PC release there is a gvood chance you may see an Xbox port but considering 2 was not a great sales success on the Xbox combined with Konami's reluctance to support the Xbox (or the GC for that matter) I wouldn't hold my breath.

Just read that Soul Calibur2 will have extra characters for the US and European versions... cool.

"Gamers all over the globe imported the Japanese version of the game months ago to see their favorite characters in action. However, as the old saying goes, good things happen to those who wait. Today it was learned that the US version of Soul Calibur II will include three older characters that were not included within the Japanese version of the game: Rock, Hwang, and Lizardman.

These three characters were included in the original Soul Calibur (Dreamcast), and are said to be available on all three versions of the upcoming game, Soul Calibur II."

The more I look into it, the more I'm getting excited about Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse for the X-Box.

Looks like Devil May Cry with Kung Fu and profanity!!!


I'm also just finishing Halo, and it's leaving me salivating for Halo 2.

Finally, Jedi Academy looks really good as well.

My most wanted is Deus Ex 2. Nothing like a well deserved sequel to the greatest game of all time. I also can't wait for KOTOR to come out, and the release of a new Romance of the Three Kingdoms game is always cause for celebration. As for the rest:

Xbox: Otogi, Dino Crisis 3, Steel Battalion, Blowout(potential Contra-Killer), Morrowind, Crimson Skies, Sudeki, Ninja Gaiden, Ninja Turtles....and don't forget all the red hot Q1 2004 games that I'm not going to list.

PS2: Silent Hill, Star Ocean, Metal Gear, Mega Man X7(if they don't screw it up), Ratchet and Clank. I'm withholding judgement on Castlevania for now since the impressions aren't great and the last 3d one stank.
