More new pictures:
I went to your site and saw a few more new pics that were put up since I last visited. The equipment shelving and the treatment around it look great! You're going to have a first-class theater when you get finished.
Keep up the good work, and it'll be movie time before you know it.
Hopefully, it will be done this week.
All that's left is mounting the seats on the platform, installing the sconces, hanging the projector, finish painting the rear windows and installing two blinds on the back windows.
Hopefully, the seats, sconces and hanging the projector will be done by next Sun.
So far so good. What's the display device?
Projector used is a Sanyo SU07N.
Screen is made from sheetrock with Behr "Gray Tropics" flat paint.
Excellent. Keep up the good work. And keep those pictures coming.
I like the fact you enlarged your lower seating riser to become part of the room instead of just a big block on the floor. I think it breaks the room up and gives it a better more theater quality look. I think I notice your entrance is right there are you building a step from that door way to the riser?
Great job keep the pisc comming.
Right when you enter the room you step up.
There was a door here, but I had the installer move it because I felt it would be awkard to have a door then a step right at the door.
This might give a better idea of how the step is made in front of the door way.
Initially, the platform didn't have any sides to it.
The installer and myself were thinking about safety, so he added sides to the left and right of the platform.
Look at the picture below.
My digital camera can't take good pictures unless it's a bright room.
I'll try to get more pictures taken with a 35mm or something like that.
