The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years (1988) :star::star::star::star: - Despite Bill's measly 2 stars, this is one of the best, funniest, saddest and just weirdest docs I've ever seen. There really needs to be a DVD of this one. - I have it on VHS, somewhere.

I think Bill's low ratings are probably because he saw parts II & III, but not part I and was obviously lost, not knowing just how the decline started.
