More Comp programs invented by the brainless...

    who actually think the world has a need for this type of stuff. In this case, I hope someone who gets a damaging worm sent to their system because of this newly discovered 'route', can sue them and bring down the company [​IMG]..

    Oh well, at least now I know what's causing those illegal popup adds to show up on my computer... Anyone else getting these things?

    Despite using pop-up-killer and a firewall I still get a few, but scanning the system with adaware seems to eliminate them.

    Just have your firewall not let in ANY ports except those you specify. If you don't have a firewall then just turn off the service. I've never seen them and I don't know anyone who has either. Then again everyone I know runs a pretty tight ship.

    Control panels, administrative tools, services, messenger, change startup to disabled and stop the service.
