The Australian release is said to be region-free, but I don't have it so I can't say for certain.

I just found out that Monster was indeed released in Region A

I bought the Australian Blu Ray, and the movie plays... but the bonus features don't. So I am returning it for the region A release.

Does anyone have this title? Can you tell me if it is indeed good or not? I am going to get it anyway, weather it is good or not... I need it for my collection and I have never seen it, so I am looking forward to watching it.

I can’t speak on BluRay quality (I only have the DVD), but the film is very good. Theron was incredible- she definitely deserved the Oscar.
