So I went to the Home depot to buy a replacment doorknob, and they had a selection of those one-room modular sheds out front.. 8x8, 10x8, 14x20..stuff like that. I was thinking if I ran some power lines, had an electrician install a few outlets, put up some insulation and maybe a radient-heating floor...I could build a whole seperate HT and no-more tripping over kids toys.
Anybody attempted anything like this before? Heres a link to Home Depots modular storage page to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

Figure I just need room for a small 6.1 system and a big screen..... why not?
EDIT: hit the link on the left for 'storgae building'. the full hyperlink didnt go through for some reason.
