Looking for some advise. I have 2 systems. Main system has Paradigm studio 40, cc and adp's on the side. Computer has Paradigm mini's in the front and atoms in the rear.

First question is I need a center for the computer but has to be less than 19" wide, which only leaves me the paradigm cc-70, I was thinking of possibly the psb alpha c. Would this be a better choice?

Secondly, since I have 7.1 capability, I was thinking of moving my atoms to the rear of my main system. Would the atoms work well with my studios or should I look for different rears, space is a concern so studio 20's wont work..need something the size of atoms or smaller. So in a nutshell, I'm looking to buy a center channel and a pair of rears, just not sure which way to go.

It is important that your center channel is timbre matched to your mains. So I would stick with the same manufacturer. But only your ears count so if you try the psb center and it sounds OK to you then that's all that matters.

If you have plans for 5 channel music then you will not be happy with atoms for surrounds. But for HT surrounds are more for ambient sounds so your atoms should be OK (some may disagree with my opinion). As a budget concession I use atoms for surrounds with studio 20's and I think it's OK.
