Mix and Match (1 Viewer)

I was thinking of getting an RCA deul LNB dish, and matching it up with the cheapest reciever I can find (probably Hughes), and a Sony Direct/Tivo reciever. Is this possible? Can you mix and match?

Stephen,
To be completely safe, I'm not 100% sure about the Sony Tivo's compatibility, so you may want to double check before purchasing one. I am sure that you can mix and match any dish & receiver however.

I am using the 24" RCA dish with the Sony T60 and have had no problems.
