I've been looking at the Mitsubishi 48" Platinum Series RPTV (3 IEEE connections, HD component, integrated) and think I may have found a good value. I think I can get it delivered for $2100. From what I've seen lately, that looks like a ~$400-$600 savings. I think my chance will pass after Monday so I'd really appreciate opinions about whether this is a good deal or not.
Also, I haven't had a lot of time looking at different sets. Are there other sets that I should strongly consider in this price range (less that 50") for HD RPTVs? I'm really happy with the Mitsubishi from what I've seen, but I've also liked some of the Toshibas and Hitatchis.
If anyone would like to share the experiences with this set, good or bad, that would also really be appreciated. Thanks in advance for all of the help!
