I've narrowed my search down to the above TV- because of its 9" CRT's, excellent PQ, etc.

However, I see reviews dating back as far as Fall 2003, indicating this model's been around for a while. Does anyone know if a newer model is in the wings, and if it would offer any features that have come down the pike?

My only concern is PQ. I know it is a behemoth, and weighs a ton, but that's ok...

The replacement model is the WS-65815:

I think the big changes are that it has HDMI, CableCard, and AMVP2 (which supposedly upscales all images to 1080i).

I don't know what the price difference is between the two, but this one is worth checking out.

I've had my WS-55613 for a year now and I love the PQ. I would imagaine the 813 or 815 would be even better [IMG]
