Mits ht-46809 movie or film setting ? (1 Viewer)

Just got my Mits HT-46809 last week end and am loving it....am still trying to get used to all the new set-up. I know that the movie vs. film setting has to do with 3:2 pull down...but am confused about what it actually is.....and what setting I should be using. Any help would be appreciated.
