I've heard that this player is a rebadged Tosh 5700, can anyone confirm this? If it is, does anyone know of anything that would be different than the Tosh, other than looks?

I've heard the same from a knowledgeable salesperson, but can't confirm which Tosh it is a rebadge of.

I've got an opportunity to buy a 8020 for $150, so if anyone who has one can comment on their experiences with the piece, it would be appreciated.

Wild card: Also, does anyone possibly have a DD-8020 remote that they do not need and would part with (for a nominal charge if desired)?
