Mission Impossible anamorphic version?

    I just realised that my dvd is letterboxed [​IMG] Are the new versions of MI:1 in anamorphic?

    nope, not in r1 land anyway. I know the r2 is anamorphic but i've got the original NTSC LD. Is'nt there going to be a SpEd of this next year?

    I'd upgrade. The current release isn't very impressive.

    I know this irks some people but the audio is TREMENDOUS on the laserdisc. One of the very best mixes ever. The video is top notch too. I ended up selling my MI dvd and will just wait for the anamorphic version....hopefully when MI:3 hits theaters???

    This is one of the best sounding laserdiscs I own.
