I got this and the 4k disc freezes at 4 spots.
Would you return it if you were in my shoes? I got it from amazon.
I have a hunch that it may be my system's fault and that the replacement would be the same, but on the other hand the freezing is exactly at the same spots each time.
I cleaned the disc, even put water on it as I saw in some sites, but the problem persists.
As I was looking for such problems on the internet, I see many people have problems with 4k discs generally.

I'd return it. If the replacement disc has the same issues, then you know where to focus your efforts to find a solution. If the new disc plays fine, your problem is solved.

I just watched this, and no freezing problems with my copy (Sony UBP-
X800M2). Nice picture overall, but a couple of shots are a little grainy or out of focus.
