    Any reviews?

Didn't catch this at the movies but the cast and Synopsis looks great!

Would this be a good blind buy?

If You enjoy most of Harlin's films, you should enjoy this. Mucho fun.

This was supposed to be released in 2003, but languished on a shelf until 2005. That fact, and the bad press it was receiving, made it a "must miss" movie for me. But a movie group I'm a member of had a screening, I wasn't doing anything better, and decided to see it.

Movies that get called "the worst ever" on IMDB rarely live up (or down) to that description, and Mindhunters is no different. It's a popcorn movie. It's a genre flick (mixing murder mystery/police procedural conventions with serial killer/horror stuff), and it kept me guessing until the end. So I was reasonably entertained for a while, and then I went home. Haven't thought about it much since.

As for a blind buy, I would say "rent it first." But since you really liked the synopsis and the cast, then maybe you should go for it. Good luck!

I say it on the big screen and thought it was rather fun. It isn't a horror film, but it uses the same horror/slasher formula.

Sorry to say but got a bootleg copy last year and thought
that it was already released in the US and that's how
a bootleg copy was made. To my surprise it's only released
in 2005.This aside, I enjoyed the storyline and surprises
    towards the end.

Please don't bash me[IMG] I am an advocate for originals.

It's not all bad, just the ending. [IMG]

It does not make sense at all about LL Cool J's
character... But other than that, if you like a good psychological thriller, I would recommend it.
