I have just been informed this evening that an
old friend of mine, Michael Rochman, passed away
on February 11th.
Though I am certain many of you have no idea
who Micheal Rochman is, he was the driving force
behind the entire infrastructure of Home Theater
Forum.
I originally met Mr. Rochman back in the early
90s when HTF was simply a small chat forum on the
PRODIGY network. Michael was an initial partner
of mine who helped put together the earliest
foundations of what would one day be known as HOME
THEATER FORUM.
A little history of Mike Rochman's contributions
to this forum can be found here....

As I stated, other than the few veterans left in
this forum from the days of dial-up services, there
are probably few that remember Mike Rochman. It is
important that he be remembered for the foundations
he laid that made Home Theater Forum what
it is today.
I will greatly miss Mike Rochman.
