During that Michael Jackson special the other night they showed some clips of one of his videos where he kind of takes his skin off and dances as a skeleton. It looked cool but I have never seen it before. What video/song is it for?

"Most likely."

The piece is called "Ghosts," a short film Jackson did in 1997. Stephen King contributed to the story and it was directed by special effects guru Stan Winston. I'm not aware of it having been released on videotape, and it certainly hasn't been released on DVD.

Are you sure he didn't just peel of his nose
and dance around as Mr. Potato head with missing
pieces?

I didn't see the special but I remember that in the video "Just leave me alone" there is a segment where he does what you described, tears his skin off and dances as a skeleton or maybe with one instead. I think he was dancing with the Elephant man or something. That's probably not what you were referring to, huh?

"A film, by Oleg Razgul"
"How was that?"
"That was great"

I found the entire video online and downloaded it, it's 400 megs! I'm watching it now and it's very cool, they could of called it Thriller II. The makeup looks great on some of the people, especially the older guy.
This really isn't availible on Video or DVD? Did it just air on TV or something? I can't believe I never heard of it.

Don't know if you know this, or if you're saying it tongue-in-cheek, but "the older guy" (who I think is listed in the credits as "mayor") is played by Michael Jackson. The costume isn't quite as good as some of the ones we've seen Eddie Murphy wearing in various movies, but it's pretty impressive.
"Ghosts," while made in '96/'97 (from a story written by Stephen King in '93), was recently aired on MTV and VH1 as "Michael Jackson's Halloween Special," and was treated as new product, part of the hype machine for Michael's recent release,Invincible. With commercials, the thing ran for an hour.
Also, for you trivia fans, I saw in the credits that one of the dancing zombies was played by Adolfo "Shabba-Doo" Quinones, star of the Breakin' films.

Yeah I knew it was Michael, I just didn't want to give it away. I really enjoyed watching the video and realizing it was him.
