from drudge report. Author Michael Crichton Has 'Died Unexpectedly'
Yes, unfortunately this seems to be the case. It's being picked up by other news sources. Conincidently, I re-read "The Andromeda Strain" "Jurassic Park" and "Sphere" recently, just finishing "Sphere" a few days ago. Obviously, I was a big fan of his novels. He usually publishes a new novel, is it every 2 or 3 years?, around the holidays. Anyone know if he was working on anything before his death.
He will be missed. I really enjoyed his work. RIP Mr. Crichton.
Even though it's not the greatest movie, I've always enjoyed "Runaway." RIP Mr. Crichton.
This is sad news. 65 years is too young. As a six-year old I was scared to death by the film Jurassic Park, but I also loved it immediately (and love it still). Thanks very much. Rest in peace.
An enjoyable writer. I loved Westworld and the sequel where the deceased Yul Brynner was replaced by a t-rex.
This has been confirmed now, hasn't it? I think the question mark should be removed. (Otherwise it seems like we are questioning whether or not he deserves to rest in peace.)
