To me the only way this would work if they gather the original cast for a Big screen version. Getting Ben Affleck or some other hollywood pretty boy would really be lame.

In the final episode Crockett and Tubbs both retired from the Vice squad.

Crockett was going to "head south, where the weathers warm, the beers cold, and I dont know any of the players"

Tubbs, returned to his first post with the NYPD.

They drove off in Crocketts "stolen" Ferrari to the airport. Stolen because at that point they are no longer Vice officers.

So where is this series on dvd? Rights issues with all the great music? My youngest, now 16, would call the series "Your ami Vice," when he was first learning to speak.

I was never much of a fan of this particular show, but Mann's involvement in the potential movie seems interesting.

Let's see how it comes together.
