I am installing 23 LCD TV in office
When I got there it was metal studs.. We work in house and have never ran it this. How can I mount his LCD on metal studs with out putting holes in wall

You would need to put holes in the wall even if the studs were wood.

It is unsafe to mount the TV on the wall using adhesives so you might as well drill the holes. One alternative is to find or make a stand that can be pushed up close to the wall. Such stands are quite common for plasma TV sets.
