I don't know if anyone is following this thread that closely, but Friends Season 3 is to be released on April 1. Also, the list price on this set is much less than the first two seasons. It is listing around $45, which means one can get the set from Amazon for around $33 plus shipping. I recently saw the first

Does anyone know if this (the price reduction that is) was done because of sales (or lack of) for the first two sets?

There is a separate thread somewhere around here that covers the topic of JUST Friends. In it I point out that a week or two after Friends S3 comes out, S1 and S2 get a markdown to a price lower than that of S3. I forget the details at 5:30 in the morning; why don't you do a search?
