Hello all, Here's the specs on Meniscus Audio's SW-1084 10" subwoofer driver: SW-1084 Fs: 20 Qts: 0.36 Vas: 84.0 Xmax: 16.0 SPL: 87.0 Under recommended enclosure size, they indicate "20S-45V" liters. However, just messing around with the ported.xls spreadsheet from the diysubwoofers.org site, it seems like putting it in a larger (e.g. 2.5-3.0 ft^3) vented enclosure (around 21 Hz tune) would work very well. Is there any reason *not* to put a driver in an enclosure larger than the one suggested? Thanks!
