I just updated my bios on an ASUS A7M266. Now, when I start the computer, the memory check goes on indefinitely. I have to hit the escape button to bypass it. Any thoughts on how to correct this?
    Thanks,
    Jason

Jason in the BIOS you should be able to turn the memory check off. I couldnt tell you specifically how to do this without sitting in front of your computer but that is what I would do. Now the weird thing is by turning this off you are simply patching a problem that is present (In other words why is your system doing this?). I would recommend that you re-flash the BIOS to see if the problem corrects itself and check the manufactures website for a fix.

Yes, your BIOS (Award) should have an option for boot sequence
