I wonder if the Mechanix demo is the same demo from the Metallica demo tape from 1981 or a differnet version than when Mustaine recorded it with Metallica?

    Well technically! [IMG]
I haven't been able to find out what is actually different with this version, other than the extra tracks for the recording. Is the old material re-recorded, or is the original just "remixed"? The demo material should be interesting.
The new cover artwork without the plastic head, pickle and ketchup, is definitely an improvement!

I really hope they do this with Peace Sells, the only pre-Friedman Megadeth album I like.

After seeing the Behind the Music DVD, my opinion of Marty Friedman dropped. I like all the albums he was around for, except Risk, but when he says he likes playing pop and NOT metal, then you wonder why he is in a band like Medadeth in the first place?

I hope the concert DVD isn't postponed too long, they are awesome live.
