Some items can now be shipped at buyers expense

NO PAYPAL COST AS OF NOW

We are moving soon and i need to sell my room HT setup ASAP. I live in Columbia, MD with the area code of 21043. I prefer getting phone calls as my cell phone is always on me. My phone number is 443-756-6341 . You can email me as well at [email protected] (Please do not PM me as i never check the PM on any forums). Everything here is "pick up" or "local midpoint meeting" ONLY as i threw away the boxes due to the fact that i have no space in the condo. You can research my info on this forum as i have sold many components here. My audiogon ID is KiNN, and my ebay ID is KinniCP. Anyways, here is the list of components i am selling:

----------------------------------------

Wharfedale Diamond 9.6 Tower Speakers (black) - $550/pr obo ::: RETAIL: $1000
- these speakers retail for $1000 brand new, however i reduce the price dramatically due to the fact that there is a slight dent on the back of one speaker due to shipping. Its nothing serious and can be easily hidden or painted over. Keep in mind it does not affect the sound at all. Serious buyers can get a picture of it through email.

here are some reviews and info you can read on the 9.6

http://www.audioenz.co.nz/2005/wharf...amond9-6.shtml
http://www.theabsolutesound.com/news...harfedale.html
http://www.audioadvisor.com/store/pr...ers%20-%20Pair

there is also a review on avguide.com in a pdf file on the complete 9.6 5.1 setup. Just sign up and do a search for "diamond 9.6"

----------------------------------------

Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 Bookshelf Speakers (black) - $220/pr obo ::: RETAIL: $350

Shipping cost: $25.00

These are nearly brand new and there is nothing wrong with them as far as i can see. I use both of them as a center speaker. These are WHAT HIFI speakers of the year. Here are some info:

http://www.stereophile.com/standloud...105wharfedale/
http://202.186.86.35/audio/story.asp...file/25diamond

http://202.186.86.35/audio/story.asp...file/25diamond
http://ecoustics-cnet.com.com/Wharfe...2.html?tag=tab

Of course then there is the What Hifi review...but that can only be read if you have the magazine. It got 5/5 and made on speaker of the year award of 2004/05. They are still regconized in their new magazines when budget componnets are being mentioned.

----------------------------------------

NHT 1a bookshelfs (piano black) - $120/pr obo ::: RETAIL: $300

Shipping Cost: $20-25

there are NHT first bookshelf speakers. They have the slanted baffle. Looks like the NHT 1.5, but with the tweeters on the top and little bit shorter. Has their famous soft 1" tweeter and a 6.5" midrange. I use them as a surrounds, but before that i used them as a stereo pair for my computer. It sounds great and i cant seem to pinpoint major difference between 1A and the SuperOne, although i have to admit that the SuperOne midrange is a bit thicker. has a few slight scratches (no scratches, but more like from daily usage, u can barely see them)

----------------------------------------

Norh Le Amp monoblocks (silver w/ black casing)- $350/pr obo ::: RETAIL $295 each, $590/pr

Shipping Cost: $40 for both

These are very powerful amps and all of them are in mint condition. There is nothing wrong with them comestically nor sonically. The LE Amps are great value amps and are well regonized in the audiophile community. Here are some info on it:

----------------------------------------

Teac A-L700P 3chnl digital amplifier - $180/pr obo ::: RETAIL: APRX $200 EACH

Shipping Cost: $25 for both

I use 2 of them, totaling 6 channels. I use 4 of the channels to biAMP the pair of 9.1 and the other 2chnl to power the NHT 1A in the back. Dont mind its 30watt rating, my 9.1 and 1A gets mighty loud and clear on all the movies i tried with. Hell Freeze Over was the best demonstration of the amp's capability. There are no professional reviews on this amp, but numerous forums especially Audiocirle regard this amp as the best digital amp ever made. These normally retails for 99 each, but due to the polurity, it has risen to nearly 200 to 300 each. I will not separate these amps.

Here is some info on price and the forum:

The audiocircle link i send you contains all the links of the comments made by many audiophile about the amp as well as the possible mods that could be made to the amp. It is very informative and you be surprise people comparing this little amp to big solid state amps cost 5 times the price.

----------------------------------------

I can deliever these within a 20-25 mile radius (VA buyers must meet me in Tyson Corner as a midpoint, DC buyers should meet me at College Park MIDPOINT or Montgomery County), however i must get payment through paypal first. I have once try to sell something to a person all the way in VA and even drove up there willingly to deliver it. 1.5 hr drive just to find out he have just bought another component.

Paypal is not nessesary (excludes the 9.6) if you live around the howard county (laurel, columbia, ellicott city, elkridge, and etc) area when you are meeting half way but you MUST be AT LEAST 90% sure you want it

You can pick up any of these components at my condo without doing the paypal stuff, but let me apologize for the mess first when you walk in.

Cash and PayPAL ONLY...i DO NOT TAKE CHECKS

HTD Level Four Bookshelf Speakers - $200/pr or FREE!

If you get the 9.6, 9.1, and the NHT 1a, i would give you my mint pair of HTD Level 4 bookshelves in Mappa Burl Finish.

here is the info on it:

http://htd.com/levfourmains.html

Now, dont ask me why i am giving this away..cuz i dont know why besides the fact that i need to sell all my components ASAP.

BUT, if someone wants to buy these separately, you can have them for 200/pr. So first come first SERVE.

----------------------

Klipsch DD5.1 DD/DTS decoder - $150 or FREE
Shure HTS 5300 preamp - $50 or FREE

I used to have a Klipsch Ultra 5.1 system as my first HT system. I use it with this decoder to get 5.1 sound from my Xbox and DVDs. You can have this if you buy both the both Teac and Norh amps. The decoder is great for people with Dolby ProLogic recivers with 5.1 input.

In addition you can have my used Shure HTS 5300 preamp for free as well. Its a 1989 stereophile class A preamp for dolby surround with the remote. However i use it as a straight 2chnl preamp. Very clean and pristine sound, but sounds better when mated with laid back components. This retails for over 800 back in the days.

BTW, here is the info on the Klipsch

http://www.klipsch.com/product/product.aspx?cid=433

here is the info on the shure (well, not alot of info, but it is to back up my statement)
