While I would rank every single gal on the list higher than Christina Aguilera, the list overall is not too bad considering the source.

First thing I do, is not bother getting upset that mature women like Jodie Foster, Nicole Kidman, and Cate Blanchett tend to get ignored. that's to be expected from a magazine that is geared towards 13 year olds who are not old enough to buy SWANK.

I looked through the top-100 mini-mag at the drugstore a few days ago and I would say that for the most part I did not see many girls that looked even remotely like 12 year old boys. maybe in Max's neck of the woods the 12 year old boys have long hair and silicon gunboats, but they don't in my part of town . :p)

These women are beautiful but quite severely out of the range of the target audience of this mag, which is 20's and perhpas early 30s. Your statement is as absurd as that of 45 years old who bitch about the content of MTV.

I will worry about the likes of Kidman and Foster when I am in their age range. Better yet, I will cease worrying about who the 20 something generation happens to be drooling over when I get out of that age range - and refrain from insulting them.

Actually that's what the 12 year-old girls look like. Well ok that isn't quite true...quite a few 12 year-old girls look better than most of the entries on that Maxim list.

Also, this nonsense that MAXIM is targeted at 13 year old's is really nerve racking! I'm 30 years old and I PREFER MAXIM over all that smut out their, even Playboy! It's a more entertaining mag, and the pics are done with class.
