    I take it you've seen the 'lobby' demo in 3DMark 2001? Thats the Max Payne engine, and a taster for the sort of thing we have to look forward to apparently. Count me in if thats the case [​IMG]

    Well, I wasn't exactly expecting the bullet-time refraction effects [​IMG] Its a nice engine though, and the (rather more representative) movie on PC Gamer looks great.

    I just saw that demo on 3DMark today and WOW!!!! [​IMG] I have an old video card (Voodoo 3000) and it was pushing 30 fps!! I couldnt belive it was that high because the truch going through a Terminator 2 battlefield was around 4 fps. I wish that Dragon scene was made into a game.
