OK I was wondering if anyone has these on DVD because I'm buying them soon and was wondering which dvd to go for because there are too many of them.
I'll be buying one of the dvds with the 14 originals and one with the lost episodes, just looking for some advice on which one to go for.
    Thanks

Stick to one of the two Image releases as they contain all of the Fleischer Superman shorts on a single disc and offer the best video and original audio quality. The Fox Lorber discs split the same content between two DVDs, don't look as good, and their 5.1 remixes are really to be avoided. If you can find the earlier Image pressing entitled "The Superman Cartoons of Max and Dave Fleischer" it contains an additional "Snafuperman" short missing from the most recent version which is called "The Complete Superman Cartoons: Diamond Anniversary Edition." Quality on both discs is the same and the newest version is a few bucks cheaper.
