I was wondering if anyone knew if the Matrix trailer is available on either the original MATRIX disc or the MATRIX REVISITED disc. I am doing a presentation on the movie and I thought it would be a nice extra.

It's on both. On The Matrix DVD it's part of the DVD-ROM and on the Revisited disc it's an easter egg.

Note, the Matrix Revisited trailer is 4:3 and pretty poor quality.

The best place to go is to download it from the main website. I believe they have a pretty high quality version for download.

That's why I'm waiting for a re-release of the DVD before purchasing it. Given the imminent release of Reloaded and Revolutions, I'd say a super-deluxe trilogy edition along the lines of what we are getting with LOTR is almost a given. Personally, for a film like The Matrix, leaving the trailer out is a startling oversight. DVD-ROM versions just don't cut it, as far as I'm concerned.

I think everyone and their brother knows that a deluxe super edition is coming. Its a matter of when though.
