Master of the World is another sci-fi gem I'd like to see on DVD. The film stars Vincent Price and Charles Bronson and was adapted from two Jules Verne novels by Richard Matheson. Price plays an eighteenth-century genius who flies around the globe in a weird flying machine trying to put a stop to war. Bronson admires his intent but sets out to stop him anyway.

Anyone else wanna see it? Who owns the rights?

I have a copy on LaserDisc. It was released by Image Entertainment as a ORION HOMVE VIDEO title.
Not sure if that will help you much. ORION seems to be all over the place.
It was released with a couple of neat little extras @ least for a standard widescreen LaserDisc release.

I'd buy this one in a minute. MGM has released plenty of American-International movies in the past, so the chances are good that we'll eventually see MASTER OF THE WORLD too.

Yeah, MGM will put this out eventually. Hammy performance by Price, terrible special effects, but somehow engrossing anyway, and with a sweeping (stereo) score by Les Baxter.
