While I can't recall ever seeing Mary Harman, Mary Hartman, I love Fernwood Tonight. Martin Mull and Fred Willard are comedy demi-gods.

MHMH was on laser disc several years ago; six episodes were issued in two compilation discs. So why shouldn't there be a DVD? MPI is doing "Dark Shadows," and that must have about 1,000 episodes.

Are they doing every single Dark Shadows episode? I'm not saying they won't it just seems like a 300 episode run on DVD would be the biggest set yet and seems like it would wind up being very expensive.

I never thought this show would show up anywhere. I sure hope we get a DVD of it at some point. It would be a great set inspite of the 300 shows. It's the type of show you need to watch over and over. So many new viewers can get sucked into this bizzard hit.

I'm excited about this. I've seen references to MHMH, particularly in Tales of the City. I've been curious for a long time about the show, and can't wait to try it out.

I think I'll need to start a petition to get the 325 episodes released on DVD.

About the technical flaw with my petition:
