Marantz SR9200 vs Denon AVR-4802 (1 Viewer)

Which, in your opinion, is better for home theater? I do also want good music performance, but home theater is my first priority. So, which, in your opinion, is the better A/V receiver for home theater?

I think the Marantz will give you the best of both worlds. I have demoed both(though not under the same listening conditions) and i thought they were both great for HT but the Marantz won out music wise.
