Marantz SR7400 going price in Canadian (Toronto?) stores? Dropouts? (1 Viewer)

Just wondering what the SR7400 goes for in Canadian stores and whether anyone has had experience with whether or not it has digital audio "dropouts". I've inquired in another thread, but its inconclusive. Just wondering about the cost of the unit as I've seen one advertised locally, although it was bought in the US. Also, if I buy a Marantz receiver from the US, will it be warranteed up here? Should I call Lenbrook or does someone already know the answer to that?

Nobody? The unit I saw bought in the US and for sale here is going for $950.00 CDN and I wonder if its a good deal.
