I recently had a very good experience with warranty work done on my AV rec. After 1 year, my SR7200 receiver developed a very noticable hiss in all digital channels. After some searching I found the nationwide service center (contractor). They knew exactly what the problem was- over the phone- and had a 2 day turn around time. I was amazed!
They replaced the DSP board (Digital Sound Processor???). Back to great sound.
