I just recieved Willy Wonka WS and like my bonus disc on Citizen Kane it has a defect that is basically a scratch through the back of the disc on the outer edge pointing towards the center. Both scratches are fairly small, just barely on the outer edge. Is this loss of data something that is easily recovered or should I replace the disc?

err... what do you mean by the 'back metal'? the label side of the disc?
EDIT: Hey! Another person from Ft. Lauderdale, what part of town are you in?

Yeah, the label side through the actual metal where the data is located. I'm near US 1 and 17th Street Causway.

it is actually very bad to scratch the label side of the disc... far worse than scratching the underside of the disc because it cannot be fixed by buffing or cleaning... I would suggest bringing it back, just in case.
By the way... I am at Bayview Drive and Commercial Blvd. almost in Pompano
