Manual convergence on sony kp46wt500? (1 Viewer)

is it possible or is flash focus my only option? also am i suppose to do flash focus in each video imput? i think my convergence is off because when watching 2.35:1 movies, i notice a red line where the picture and black bar meet. and also a little green on the the top where the black and picture meet. any suggestions?

you can converge this set by going into the service menu.
