Making a sub.. I hope (1 Viewer)

I have just recently purchased a pair of 12"Cerwins for my fronts to replace my old Cerwins AT-8's. Now, with those old AT-8s could I make a sub with the 2 8" speakers? How would 2-8's sound for a sub? Any advice?
