Magnavox 55" Projection TV (1 Viewer)

I was looking at this Best Buy has it on sale for 1,199.00.
I know its not the best TV but I was just wondering if its a good TV for the price. If you all have any review sites that has reviews on this TV that would be great thanks

I've never seen that particular TV but IMO you shouldn't buy a cheap RPTV. With a screen that size it's going to really magnify any faults that might be in the picture. If the TV doesn't have a good digital comb filter, the picture will be poor. I think that you'll be happier spending the same amount of money on a smaller direct view flat screen TV like the Wega or the new Toshiba.
