On October 18th Indicator/Powerhouse will release on Blu-ray MacArthur with a nice selection of extras. Have the Universal 2017 disc but it was a bare bones release.

As for Region, my Indicator copies of Twentieth Century and Things Change were both Region B Locked.

Website Caps-a-holic has a comparison with the previous Universal release and both look the same. If i see it at a good price i might buy it.
