Lutron Dimmers

    When mounted multipule Lutron Remote Dimmers next to each other, do you have to be concerned about the remotes interfering with the other switch?

    Are you talking about "IR" Lutron remotes like the spacer, or their hardwired remote switches? If it's the hardwired ones, then no, if they are wired correctly. You will want to read the manual to verify if they are derated when ganged together like their regular dimmers are.

    I have what is called Maestro?

    It will be hard wired.

    It shouldn't be a problem to have them next to each other. Like I mentioned earlier, you will want to read the manual to verify if they are derated when ganged together like their non-remote dimmers are.
