"Love And Marriage" used on Season 4 Married With Children episode (1 Viewer)

I just watched the episode "Buck Saves The day" from Season 4 of Married...With Children tonight and realized that the instrumental verios of "Love And Marriage" was used at the end and gave credits to Sammy Cahn and Jimmy Van Huesen and performed by Frank Sinatra. Was this a mistake or was it because it was a syndicated episode?

This was mentioned in the MWC S4 thread and someone (I believe it was Gord) said that Sony pays per use of the song, so just having it on the set once won't cost them too much. So I wouldn't expect a recall (but if there is one, it's fine with me as my copy arrived today from my e-tailer).
