Loud speaker sub placement (1 Viewer)

hey everyone,
I have a question requarding dual sub placement along with floor standing loudspeaker. Here is a list of my equiptment, Keep in mind I'm a poor sailor in the Navy

HK 3375 Stereo Receiver 75wpc 8 ohms
JBL ND310II Floorstanding speaker- Dual 10" woofer
Infinity Entra One 10" sub(two of these)

12x12 bedroom

I am just wondering what would be the best placement? Stacking the subs in a corner. Would that cause any phase problems or timing problems, or just put the subs next to the loug speakers against the wall to get rid or any timing issues. I really wouldn't like the same bass note to reach my ears at differnt times. I need someone alot more experience in this to please give me any opions or any help. If possible, try stacking them in a corner closest to the JBLs.
