Lou Reed - "Transformer" Remastered Import CD - Anyone? (1 Viewer)

Anyone own the import remastered CD of Lou Reed's Transformer? I got rid of my 'Very Best of' CD because Lou is a performer that I want to sample through the albums, not singles. I figure Transformer is the place to start, but I'll buy the import version if it's worth the money. Anyone recommend this?

I have it and it sounds great. Well worth the investment for this classic album.

I have the gold disc of this (the only one I own- I found it for only $14 at Best Buy about 5 years ago). It sounds pretty great. I don't know anything about the import.
