I've had my 5109 just over 1 1/2 years and just recently it has started losing video signal on the progressive connection while watching a movie. If I just barely touch the Monster component cable, the picture re-appears. These cables, as you all know are very heavy due to the fact that all 3 cables are essentially bonded together as 1 entity.
At this point, without removing the top of my 5109, I don't know if I have a bad cable or if the RCA jacks on my DVD player are screwed up now. Each of the 3 connections to the DVD player seem to be very positive and since I've had the cable almost 2 years, there is no return/exchange. BTW, the cable cost $200(2 meter)
What can/should I do to fix this annoying problem. Thanks in advance! :)
