Personally, I have both, but have not watched the TE since getting each respective EE.

I would say don't buy them...why?

If you don't already own them, you probably aren't a fan. Buying them because of this law suit is silly. Buy things because you like them, not because you think you'll make money on it.

because even if you do make money, you probably lost that profit by all the other "Get Rich" items you previously purcahsed.
