Just read the article on the making-of Escape From NY:SE over at The Digital Bits. I guess the production compnay that did that SE just completed the Stripes: SE. They're saying that it will include never-before-seen footage.

For my wife and I, Stripes is a favorite! And we've always felt there was a disconnect between the awesome first half of the movie and a rather weak second half. Maybe the missing scenes will help fix that!
