Looks like single-sided discs for Complete Munsters!! (1 Viewer)

It looks like this set will have single-sided discs and not that irritating double-sided that the individual seasons came in!! I wasn't going to buy this but if it's single-sided I think I may!

Also I think it's interesting that there is a color version of episode #13: "Family Portrait" which is Beverley Owens last episode as Marilyn which will be included. I wonder if there are any other Munsters episodes in color that we don't know about?

I also like that Universal is releasing that color episode as a separate disc but I think the price of $19.95 is ridiculous even if it does include the original black and white, which is all ready on the S.1 release!

I never picked up season 2, so this might be something for me to look into. I wonder if the odds for a Quantum Leap complete series set are increasing, and if they'll add the music back in addition to changing to single-siders.

I might get this one myself. The Munsters wasn't ever one of my top favorites but with the complete set and 1-sided discs, this one may be in the DD cart in Nov.

Leave it to Jesse to thread crap!! If you love your 2-sided discs, then you already have yours, so leave us alone.

I for one will finally be able to add "The Munsters" to my shelf. I have waited many years for this and looks like it's finally here!!!

The region 2 munsters were single sided from the start, so unless there is an extreme amount of bonus features, Not double dipping.

DD is usually used here as a short-cut for DeepDiscount.com . They usually run 2 store-wide sales per year, one in June and the other in Nov/Dec. If I recall, they have the entire inventory except for pre-orders, at 20% off their regular prices. There are some here that stock up the cart there and wait for the sale. I usually wait for my "less-than-grail" orders for their semi-annual sale.
