I saw a report in the Wall Street Journal that stated, The article goes on to say that there is a restructuring plan. If the plan is not successful, they may have to seek bankruptcy protection. Ziff Davis incurred a loss of $415.7 million over nine months ending in December of 2001.

I hope that they can restructure successfully and continue operations. I use CNET, ZDNET, and Gamespot quite often.
