Looking for some advice on some JBL Loft 40 Speakers (1 Viewer)

So I found a great deal on these online for $45 for a pair and wanted to get some feedback from some of those who may have these speakers or can atleast advise me a bit. I am buying a house and finally have an extra room to have a theater room and don't have a sound system so I have been on the look out to find some speakers and receiver that are reasonably price and just wanted to get some advice since I don't know too much about them. any advice would be appreciated.
